I know... I know... I didn't have enough time to post anything to my blog and I don't have any excuse! However, I was dealing with health problems, strict deadlines at work and some family issues at the same time. I am not saying I will be able to post regularly as I used to do but I can say that I will be back to my old performance very soon...
Anyway, I got a very good pigeon picture here.... She should be very thirsty that she didn't care I came too close to take this shot!

First: So happy to see you back - including with comments on my blog. I was really worried, but now I know that we will see you again, often, even if not 100% daily! I also start saying myself that "daily" is too much!
I'm not a "bird photographer" as some others, but have sometimes been tempted by the pigeons, which are such a part of our street life. I have nothing against them, but many seem to be! (Of course, if you go to the St.Marc place in Venice, you HAVE to tale a photo of them.)
Nice shot, even though pigeons are not my favorite creatures (most of the statues, benches and sidewalks here are covered with "souvenirs" of pigeon visits).

Oh dear, welcome back! We were missing you, your posts and comments; even if I'm not so keen of seeing pigeons around towns (maybe with the exception of Venice, but only in San Marco, or Sevilla, but only in Maria Luisa Park). But that's probably because all around Lisbon they're more of a plague than a beauty...
Seems pigeons are a nuisance everywhere, but the photo is interesting and original.
