We have all the same problem I think... and then suddenly it works again.
i first upload photo to imageshack.us or xs.to and then use embed code when blogger fails to do so. Reccomended:)
Did you really try again? ... and using hüseyin's method?
I will try again. It doesn't seem like working for me.
